Exercise Plan
Whatever your goals may be, the staff of the Folsom Fitness Center can work with you to meet them. Exercise planning is for those who are in need of assistance or guidance toward a specific exercise plan. A fitness specialist will discuss your health history, your exercise experience, and your fitness goals. From there an exercise plan will be designed. The plan will include showing you the proper movements with the machines, fitness equipment, and/or the weights that you may be using.
Members – $40

Personal Training
There are many reasons to take advantage of one-on-one training including accountability and guidance. A personal trainer will work with you to help meet your personal fitness and exercise goals.
We offer 45 minute, 30 minute, and 20 minute sessions.

Sessions are scheduled according to the availability of the trainer.

Group Training
Three participant maximum.
We offer 45 and 30 minute group sessions.
