What Moves the Foundation

Guided by the founding principles of life, learning, and compassion, Dallas-based Methodist Health System provides quality, integrated healthcare to improve and save lives throughout North Texas. Ten hospitals and more than two dozen Methodist Family Health Centers and Medical Groups are among the facilities served by the nonprofit Methodist Health System, which is affiliated by covenant with the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church.

The Foundation At Work

  • The Breast Center at Methodist Mansfield

At Methodist Health System, we understand timing is crucial when it comes to cancer. Early screening and detection can save lives. In support of this, we are constructing a new 5,994 square-foot Breast Center at Methodist Mansfield to provide comprehensive women’s imaging, breast health services, and pelvic health therapy all in one place. Opening in November, the Breast Center at Methodist Mansfield will be located at 2800 E. Broad Street in Professional Building I, Suite 124. By bringing breast surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and nurse navigators together, we will offer top quality care and faster services.

The 2020 Annual Report

"In the midst of uncertainties, challenges and fear, our Methodist family will REMAIN TRUE to who we are and aspire to be, as individuals and as an organization. We do not avoid the issues of the day or hide our flaws. Rather, we claim them and will continue to work toward all we ought to be."

- James C. Scoggin Jr., Chief Executive Officer, Methodist Health System
