Fitness Classes

Find the exercise class that's right for you

Check out some of the exercise and aerobic classes offered at the Folsom Fitness Center. All classes are offered in person, a few of the classes also include a digital option. Please contact us for the current schedule.

Functionally Fit

Maintaining and gaining strength for daily activities is an important part of life! This class will help you do just that through the use of body weight, light hand weights and resistance exercises for your upper and lower body.

Zumba®

Let the music move you! Involving dance and aerobic elements, Zumba's choreography has hip-hop, merengue, mamba and Bollywood elements.

Yoga Flow

This Vinyasa-style yoga class will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. It will be moderately paced and move you through sequences such as sun salutations. Levels and modifications will be offered.

Full Body Fit

This class is to help you in all areas of fitness: muscular endurance/strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body composition. You will use a variety of equipment as well as experience different formats (i.e. circuit training, supersets.) All fitness levels welcome.

Core Blast!

Much more to the core than “the six pack!” 15 minutes of focusing on the functions of the “corset”!

Buns & Guns

Mix up your routine! This is a muscular strength and endurance based class. You will be utilizing various pieces of equipment as well as body weight. (Home items may be used in place of dumbbells.)
