Methodist named to Glassdoor’s list of Best-Led Companies

DALLAS — Methodist Health System has been named to Glassdoor’s Best-Led Companies list for 2025-2026, a distinction based solely on candid input from current and former employees and grounded in measures of leadership that matter most.

“We are profoundly grateful to be recognized by Glassdoor as a best-led company,” said James C. Scoggin, Jr., Chief Executive Officer at Methodist. “What makes this award most special is that it is based entirely and objectively on current and former employee feedback. Congratulations to our leaders for building strong, trusting relationships throughout the Methodist Family and communities we serve.”

Glassdoor notes that leadership plays a powerful role in shaping culture, and this award reflects that principle. By earning this recognition, Methodist is celebrated not just for its vision, but for cultivating a culture where employee voices matter and trust thrives.

“Thank you to our employees and leaders, past and present who completed Glassdoor surveys and gave their honest feedback,” said President and Chief Operating Officer Pam Stoyanoff, MBA, CPA, FACHE. “This, along with feedback that our employees provide each day, helps us create the positive culture we enjoy at Methodist Health System. We are Methodist proud!”

For patients and families, this recognition reinforces Methodist’s long-standing reputation as a trusted partner in health and wellness. For healthcare professionals considering where to build their careers, it highlights Methodist as a place where leadership invests deeply in people. For North Texas communities, it underscores the collaborative, values-driven leadership guiding compassionate, quality healthcare close to home, across all Methodist hospitals.

“Methodist has the best workplace culture because of the genuine commitment of over 700 leaders to our employees,” said Alen Brcic, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “They are the ones who foster an environment of trust and care, where employees feel empowered to bring their best selves to work every day. Being named one of Glassdoor’s Best-Led Companies is a testament to their remarkable leadership.”

Glassdoor’s Best-Led Companies award is unique in that it requires no self-nomination or payment. Recognition is based entirely on verified, anonymous employee reviews submitted between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025.
