Maternity Tours of Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby Units

Tours of the Labor and Delivery and Mother-Baby unit are offered on Tuesdays and Sundays (excluding holidays) at 6 p.m. promptly. Please enter the Women’s Center entrance and take the elevator to the second floor to the Women's Center Lobby. A tour guide will meet you in the visiting area.

The tour is offered to 2 individuals (mother and 1 support person).

Details:

The tour provides expectant parents a view of the rooms and amenities that are available on the maternity units.

Expect to learn about:

• Pre-Registration 
• Where to go when labor begins
• Choosing a pediatrician before labor begins
• Locked Units

Tour of:

• Labor and Delivery Room
• Discuss NICU
• Mother-Baby Room

We encourage all maternity patients to complete the form below to pre-register for your delivery around the fifth month (20 weeks) of pregnancy. Completing this form before you arrive at the hospital to deliver will make your admission to Methodist Health System as quick and easy as possible. We look forward to seeing you!
