Auxiliaries play an important role in supporting local hospitals and community healthcare.

Thanks to the Methodist Mansfield Auxiliary the hospital is able to bring
even more enhanced care to the community.
The auxilians not only volunteer their time in the hospital, but their book fairs, accessory sales, and the annual Holly Days event garner an average of $30,000 a year for the hospital.
Most recently the Auxiliary committed $150,000 over five years toward the $9.1 million Women's Pavilion expansion. The donation also includes a naming opportunity, so the department's waiting room will bear the group's name.
"A lot of the auxilians are longtime citizens of Mansfield, so this is a nice way for them to give back and then leave a legacy," says Mary Anne Moore, director of volunteer services at Methodist Mansfield.
