Jolyn Angus DNP, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, CENP
Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Executive, Methodist Health System
Jolyn Angus joined the leadership team in August 2020 as SVP and Chief Nursing Executive, poised to preserve Methodist Health System’s position as a leader in nursing clinical excellence, patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and resource stewardship.
After spending her early career as a staff nurse in hospitals in New York and Atlanta, she held various management roles at hospitals across the Southeast, first as a nurse manager, then director, assistant chief nursing officer, and then chief nursing officer. She also served as CNO at hospitals in Florida and California, and as a vice president of hospital operations in Ohio.
Angus holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and a master’s degree in business administration. She also holds certifications in executive nursing practice from AONL and ANCC.
Jolyn has been married to her husband Constantine since 1981 and they have three children and two grandchildren.
Robin Winebar, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CNL,CPHQ
Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Nursing, Methodist Celina Medical Center
Robin Winebar, a native of McKinney, Texas, has deep roots in her hometown and is excited to serve the neighboring community of Celina. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Behavioral Science from The Ohio State University in 2007. After graduation, Robin began her career at an insurance company but quickly realized her true calling was in nursing. This insight prompted her to pursue a path that would allow her to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
In 2011, Robin graduated from Xavier University with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She dedicated many years to bedside care in Progressive Care and Women’s Services, particularly in Labor & Delivery, where her passion for quality care and leadership began to flourish. Throughout her career, Robin has taken on various leadership roles, collaborating closely with fellow nurses and healthcare leaders to enhance patient safety and quality of care. Her most recent position as Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist McKinney Hospital, a surgical specialty facility, further solidified her commitment to dynamic leadership and quality improvement in healthcare settings.
In 2023, Robin achieved her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from Baylor University. With a wealth of experience and a strong vision for nursing excellence, she is eager to build and lead the nursing leadership team at Methodist Celina Medical Center. Robin is particularly focused on fostering an environment of empowered nursing staff and delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring that the highest standards of nursing practice are met in her community.
Jeremy Taylor, MHA, BSN, RN, TCRN
Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Nursing, Methodist Charlton Medical Center
Jeremy Taylor, MHA, BSN, RN, TCRN is Vice President of Nursing / Chief Nursing Officer for Methodist Charlton Medical Center.
Born at Methodist Dallas, Jeremy was raised in Ellis County and graduated from Waxahachie High School. He has been a registered nurse for nearly 20 years and brings a wealth of clinical experience and energy to the hospital.
As Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Midlothian, Jeremy was a key leader responsible for the opening of the 46-licensed-bed hospital in 2020. Before joining the Midlothian team in 2020, he served as Director of Methodist Mansfield’s emergency department for three years and led the department to numerous patient success goals. Before joining Methodist in 2016, Jeremy was the Trauma Program Manager at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas and also worked at Parkland Health & Hospital System, holding various roles within the trauma program.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has received the D Magazine Excellence in Nursing Award and Ellis County Healthcare Hero award, and has been recognized as a Dallas/Fort Worth “Great 100” nurse.
Elizabeth Asturi, MSN, RN, NE-BC
Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer
Elizabeth Asturi, MSN, RN, NE-BC joined Methodist Dallas Medical Center in 2025 with more than 25 years of nursing and executive healthcare leadership experience. Elizabeth is a champion for clinical excellence, patient safety, and workforce development.
Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Grand Canyon University with a focus on evidence-based practice and quality improvement in women's health. Elizabeth has received numerous accolades, including being named a Top 20 Nurse of the Year for the 2020 International Year of the Nurse, a DFW Great 100 Nurse, a Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council’s 2015 Young Health Care Executive of the Year, and honored as a Dallas Business Journal "Up and Comer" in 2015.
Nora Frasier, DNP, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC, FAONL
Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, Methodist Mansfield Medical Center
Nora Frasier, MBA, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC is Vice President of Nursing/Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. She has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and a nurse executive for approximately the last 20 years.
Frasier has led nursing in diverse not-for-profit and proprietary hospitals, from a 100-bed rural community hospital to an urban tertiary care academic medical center. During her career she has served as a quality director, hospital administrator and chief nurse executive in a 1200-bed, 6 hospital health system. She has also served as an appraiser team leader for the Magnet© Recognition Program for 10 years.
Frasier earned a bachelor of science in nursing degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master of business administration degree from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. She has completed course work towards a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and is continuing her studies at the University of Texas and will graduate in May 2018.
She is board certified as a Fellow by the American College of Healthcare Executives and as a Nurse Executive, Advanced by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Frasier is also a member of the American Nurses Association, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is also a member of the North Texas Region Texas Team working to advance the “Future of Nursing.”
Brooks Williams, MSN, RN, CENP
Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer, Methodist Midlothian Medical Center
Brooks Williams, MSN, RN, CENP, is the Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Midlothian Medical Center. A proud product of Southern Dallas, Brooks graduated from Duncanville High School before earning her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Abilene Christian University in 2002. After a successful career in the corporate world with Walmart and Procter & Gamble, Brooks discovered her true passion in healthcare. She returned to school, earned her nursing degree, and has been an invaluable asset to Methodist Health System since 2011.
Starting as an ICU nurse, Brooks quickly advanced her career, serving as Director of Nursing for critical care and emergency departments. During this time, she spearheaded the successful launch of several new service lines, including Intermediate Care and Neuro Trauma ICU.
Committed to fostering high-performing teams and nurturing a positive work environment, Brooks is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. She earned her Master's degree in Nursing from Texas Tech University in 2019 and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, set to graduate in 2026.
Brooks' dedication to excellence has been recognized with the D Magazine Excellence in Nursing Award and the prestigious Dallas/Fort Worth "Great 100" nurse honor for her outstanding contributions during the pandemic.
Georgette Calma, MSN, BA, RN, NPD-BC
Vice President Nursing, Methodist Richardson Medical Center
Georgette Calma joined Methodist Richardson Medical Center in April 2022 as Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer. As CNO, Georgette provides executive leadership and strategic direction for nursing services. She is an accomplished leader with vast experience in patient experience, healthcare quality, patient throughput, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment and retention and employee engagement.
Georgette was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She received a BA in Business Management from Concordia University in Austin, TX and worked as a Program Manager in the high tech industry. After the birth of her first child, she felt the calling of nursing. She went on to pursue her nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and then a Masters of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
Prior to joining Methodist, Georgette held a variety of nursing leadership and executive positions in both the profit and nonprofit sectors of healthcare. Her clinical career began in Women’s and Children’s as a labor and delivery nurse, where she fell in love with the practice and passion of nursing.
Kathryn Ufolla, MHA, BSN, RN, CCRN
Chief Nursing Officer, Methodist Southlake Medical Center
Kathryn Ufolla, MHA, BSN, RN, CCRN, is the Chief Nursing Officer at Methodist Southlake Medical Center.
Kathryn is a native to DFW and was born and raised in Arlington. Her healthcare career spans more than two decades in various areas, which include Medical/Surgical, Women’s and Children’s, Surgical Services, and Critical Care. She has considerable experience in operations and leadership in both acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Her diverse background will be key for future success.
Kathryn began her tenure at Methodist Health System in 2008, where she worked at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in the CCU for almost 3 years. After a brief departure from Methodist Health System, she returned to Methodist Charlton Medical Center in 2013. There, she worked as a staff nurse, Nursing Clinical Coordinator, and Manager in the Intensive Care Unit. Since 2018, she led her team as the Director of Nursing for the Critical Care Division for four years. Under Kathryn’s leadership the Methodist Charlton ICU was awarded the Beacon Award with Silver distinction. She received the D Magazine Excellence in Nursing Award for her leadership in 2021.
She received her Associate Degree in Nursing at Tarrant County College in 1999, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2002) and Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (2008) from The University of Texas at Arlington.
With her “patient first” approach, Kathryn is focused on providing the highest quality of care, leading with compassion and accountability, and elevating the nursing profession. She works collaboratively with medical staff members and ancillary departments in addition to leaders from across the system to advance MHS’ Care Commitments. These collaborations have resulted in the implementation of various system-wide process improvement initiative.
