Community Involvement

Our practice extends outside of Methodist Charlton and into our local community. South Dallas is an area with many needs, and our outpatient clinic in the Bonton Farm community and our mobile medical vehicle allow us to provide access to healthcare in underserved communities.

Our community medicine rotation is both longitudinal and a concentrated rotation. Residents engage patients at homeless shelters, safe houses, and street medicine. Our residents become teachers as they educate children, seniors, and high school athletes for better health outcomes and a better future.
