Sign up for Methodist Generations to receive information on health & wellness services

If you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, are age 55 or over, and are interested in learning more about your health and socializing with others in your community, then Methodist Generations is for you!

You can join Methodist Generations for free by completing the application online or by stopping by the Methodist Generations Center to fill out an application.

• Methodist Generations Center at Methodist Dallas Medical Center is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. (214) 947-4628

Your Generations membership card should arrive in your mailbox in three to four weeks.
