Procedure Information
Prior to Your Procedure
At Methodist Southlake Hospital, two appointments will be set to help prepare
you for your procedure: a pre-admission consultation and the procedure
itself. Ideally, these two appointments are set several days apart to
allow for any additional consultation or testing that may be required.
Pre-admission Consultation
Your pre-admission consultation allows our team the opportunity to gather
important information about your medical and surgical history. Our goal
is to provide a safe and comfortable procedure, reduce possible complications
and eliminate the need for readmission.

Once Admitted

the surgical waiting area and will have the opportunity to visit with
you before your procedure.

by physicians outside of the hospital.
