Bariatric surgery

Charlton Bariatrics accepts referrals from all licensed physicians. Physicians can use EPIC to make the referral or send a fax our office. Patients interested in an appointment can email us at MCMCBariatrics@mhd.com or call the office at (972) 709-7110 or download a patient package, fill it and send it to us.
