Physicians and nurses from Methodist Health System are volunteering their time to help athletes get a start on the upcoming sports season. We're teaming up with athletic district officials to offer sports physicals and echocardiograms.

Parents of middle school and high school student athletes who wish to participate in the echocardiogram screening must accompany their athlete and parents complete a medical history questionnaire with signed medical releases prior to the screening.
