About Syeda Taliya Rizvi, MD

Taliya Rizvi, MD, is a board certified internal medicine physician. She is a full-scope adult primary care provider, but has a special interest in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses.

Dr. Rizvi earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MD) degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Advent Health in Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Rizvi has been in practice since 2023. She sees patients with complex medical conditions and coordinates care across specialties to support long-term wellness. Dr. Rizvi enjoys counseling her patients about healthy lifestyle choices, and believes educating patients, along with evidence-based treatment plans, leads to better outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Rizvi can be found traveling, exploring nature, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is passionate about giving back through health outreach initiatives, especially serving underserved and uninsured populations. Dr. Rizvi also enjoys mentoring and educating future physicians, as well as, fostering collaboration and education among local medical professionals.
