About Sini Poulose, DO, FAAFP

Sini Poulose, DO, FAAFP, is a board-certified, full-spectrum family medicine physician. Dr. Poulose practices at Methodist Family Health Center in Garland, Texas. She specializes in caring for patients throughout all stages of life, women’s healthcare, and urgent care and office-based procedures like skin biopsies, intrauterine devices (IUDs) and Nexplanon placements.

Dr. Poulose earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She then received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Poulose completed her family medicine residency training at Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas. 

She has been in practice since 2003 and has cared for patients in New York City and Boston before returning to the North Texas area. Dr. Poulose also served as an adjunct faculty member at Tufts University School of Medicine, training medical students in clinical settings.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Poulose enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, attending church and faith-based events, and traveling to new places. She can also be found cooking and trying out new healthy recipes.
