Lissy Joseph NP

Lissy Joseph obtained her undergraduate degree from JSS Medical College in India, and her master’s degree from Dominican College in New York. She has been working in the medical industry since 2002, starting as a registered nurse then advancing to nurse practitioner in 2016. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed by the state of Texas to provide family-centered healthcare to patients of all ages.

Lissy has a diverse clinical experience in the healthcare industry, with an emphasis on neurologic and cardiac care. Her focus of practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex healthcare problems beginning in childhood and continuing throughout the aging process. She treats issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid issues, diabetes, anemia, allergies, asthma, heartburn, back pain, as well as well woman exams. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, Lissy has provided healthcare services across the globe including India, London, Texas, and New York. When she is not working, Lissy enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two awesome children.
