Lindsay Porter, MD, CAQSM, MAT
Lindsay Porter, MD, CAQSM, MAT, is a board-certified, full-spectrum family medicine physician. Dr. Porter’s practice emphasizes the treatment of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She focuses on LGBTQAI+ wellness, including HIV treatment and PReP, while also treating sports medicine aliments. Dr. Porter is skilled in non-operative musculoskeletal procedures, as well as all, essential primary care procedures.
Dr. Porter earned her undergraduate degrees in history and exercise sports science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. She then received a master’s in athletic training from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and her medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine Community Campus in Amarillo, Texas. Dr. Porter completed her family and community medicine residency training at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, Texas. Dr. Porter received fellowship training in sport medicine from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Porter enjoys live music, and is likely in the crowd at a concert if not in clinic. She is a self-proclaimed animal lover and adores her Cocker Spaniel, Khloe Jade, who accompanies her on outdoor walks. Dr. Porter spends her free time with family and pets, including dogs, cats, horses and goats.
