Kristin Sulak, FNP-C, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in women’s healthcare. She specializes in providing care for all women throughout their lives, including preventative care, prenatal and postpartum care, family planning, and treatment of infections or illnesses.
Sulak earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington, where she received her Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
Originally a native of the Sacramento valley, Sulak moved to Texas in 2016 and now calls North Texas home. Outside of work, you can find Sulak spending time with her family and four dogs. She enjoys traveling, cooking, volunteering within Ellis County, and San Francisco Giants’ baseball.
