About Annie Nguyen, MD
Annie Nguyen, MD, is a family medicine doctor who provides primary care for patients of all ages and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. In addition to wellness check-ups, Dr. Nguyen has special interests in women’s health, preventative medicine, and management of chronic conditions such as high cholesterol and diabetes.
Dr. Nguyen graduated from Southern Methodist University and earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. Following graduation, Dr. Nguyen completed her residency in family medicine from Methodist Charlton Family Residency Program, where she earned the position of Chief Resident.
Dr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam, and moved to the U.S. during her early high school years. She has now called the Dallas Area her home for more than 20 years.
Outside of work, Dr. Nguyen enjoys group fitness exercise classes, going to sporting, comedy and live music events, traveling, and cooking. Her favorite way to spend downtime though is just being with her husband and her two fur babies Princess and Rocky.
