About Heather H. Gardow, MD
Dr. Gardow grew up in Louisiana and Texas and has lived in the DFW area since completing her residency at UT Southwestern. She always knew she wanted to be a physician and realized obstetrics and gynecology was right for her when she experienced the variety of the specialty in medical school. She loves being an OB/GYN because of the continuity of taking care of a woman throughout her whole life—from her first well-woman exam to her pregnancies and then helping her through other gynecologic conditions and procedures.
Dr. Gardow is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She lives in Mansfield with her family and loves being a mom to her daughter and son. When she’s not working, she enjoys family time, exercise, reading a good book, and traveling.
