Mr. Jani has been in practice since 2005 focusing on Family Medicine with special interest in Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Asthma, Musculoskeletal issues, and acute illnesses. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Mr. Jani is able to diagnose and treat patients in lieu of a physician. This unique flexibility allows patients the option to book their appointments sooner, expediting the treatment process.
Mr. Jani grew up in Chicago, and upon completion of high school obtained a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University, Chicago, IL, and completed his physician assistant graduate studies at Barry University, Miami Shores, FL.
He is happily married to his wife Palak and they have two children, Kailee and Vivek. When he is not at work, he enjoys hiking, jogging, basketball, learning golf, traveling and hanging out with friends and family.
