About Ciara Sanchez, MD

Ciara Sanchez, MD, is an obstetrician-gynecologist (OB-GYN) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women through every stage of life. She believes in partnering with her patients to help them make informed decisions, and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Dr. Sanchez provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including annual well-woman exams, contraception counseling, preconception planning, pregnancy and prenatal care, and menopause management. She also diagnoses and treats a wide range of gynecologic conditions, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, uterine fibroids, infertility, abnormal uterine bleeding, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Dr. Sanchez earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. She went on to receive her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, before completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami, Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Sanchez enjoys gardening, cooking healthy recipes, hiking, and free diving. She is married to a fellow physician and enjoys spending time with their two cats, Boots and Chubbs.
