DALLAS — Methodist Health System has been named to Newsweek’s ranking of America’s Most Admired Workplaces, an honor recognizing organizations that stand out for their culture, employee satisfaction, and reputation as employers of choice.
“We are honored to be named one of America’s Most Admired Workplaces by Newsweek,” said James C. Scoggin, Jr., Chief Executive Officer at Methodist. “This award celebrates our incredible people and their dedication to all whom we serve, including each other. Through this daily commitment, we ensure our culture is centered on the Methodist mission, to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare.”
The prestigious ranking, developed in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, evaluates companies across various industries based on employee feedback, corporate culture, career development opportunities, and workplace innovation. Methodist’s inclusion reflects its ongoing commitment to fostering an environment where employees can thrive while delivering exceptional care to the communities it serves.
“We are excited and grateful for this Newsweek recognition,” said President and Chief Operating Officer Pam Stoyanoff, MBA, CPA, FACHE. “We strive, every day, to instill a culture that supports a positive environment, involves employees in decision-making, emphasizes teamwork, and supports our mission. This award belongs to us all!”
Methodist has consistently been recognized for its culture, leadership, and employee engagement, earning a place on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and Fortune’s 2025 Best Workplaces in Health Care, among many others. This latest recognition underscores the organization’s focus on creating a positive, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
“This incredible recognition is a testament to our people and culture – a culture where 12,000 dedicated individuals are committed to a common purpose and to each other,” said Alen Brcic, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “Every single day, our employees touch thousands of lives and make a positive impact on our communities, and for that, we are so grateful.”
To determine this year’s list, Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group interviewed more than 250,000 employees in the U.S. through a comprehensive online survey to review employers in detail – across eight categories and around 60 dedicated questions – and collected over 1.5 million comprehensive company reviews.
