Library services for physicians, residents and staff affiliated with Methodist Health System

The Charles C. Tandy Health Sciences Library and Resource Center is located within the Clinical Research Institute on the Methodist Dallas campus. The library is a vital part of corporate services, providing literature searches and access to quality, evidence-based medical information to affiliated staff, physicians, and residents.

CardioSource Plus for Institutions and Practices on Ovid

CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) -  searchable database for nurses and allied health professionals CINHAL

CINAHL Education - Continuing Education portal for nurses

ClinicalKey – searchable database for physicians that includes ebooks, ejournals, practice guidelines, patient education, drug information, multimedia / procedural videos, and CME accredited by the Cleveland Clinic

ClinicalKey for Nursing – searchable database for nurses that includes drug information, patient education, nursing ejournals and ebooks, clinical practice, and evidence-based care planning tools

Medical Letter - provides objective, practical, and timely information on drugs and treatments of common diseases, without the influence of the pharmaceutical industry
