call the MHS Medical Staff offices at
214-947-2875. The address for the online application is
https://tr.mhd.com/.

Physicians, office staff, residents/fellows and medical students may request
network, Meditech and PACS access via this online application. Physicians
and their office staff also may request tokens for remote MHS network
access via this same online application. When requested via this application,
MHS will provide one (1) access token to each Physician at no charge,
and one (1) access token for a Physician’s office staff members.
Office staff may use a single staff token to logon simultaneously from
multiple computers.

This online application does not currently facilitate termination requests
for existing computer access. Please e-mail the
UserAdministrator@mhd.com or call
214-947-8737 if you need to change existing access.
