Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy. But why? And what about white wine or rosé, do they provide any health benefits? If you’re curious about this, then join us for a virtual chat with a wine expert and a physician! They’ll go over the different types of wine and the latest information about wine and your health.
Our speakers will be Dr. Jay Vasquez, vascular surgeon at Methodist Dallas hospital, and Ian Montgomery, sommelier and owner at Neighborhood Cellar.
