Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This outpatient intermediate treatment option at Methodist Richardson Medical Center provides a high level of care for patients with primary mental health conditions. Group therapy and education are used to overcome complications stemming from anxiety, depression, and ineffective coping skills.

Partial day hospital services:

  • Education about medication, nutrition, pain management, and wellness
  • Education about coping skills, communication, and assertiveness
  • Grief and loss counseling
  • Individual case management
  • Family group or conjoint family therapy as needed

At the conclusion of this level of care, patients either transition to our Psychiatric Intensive Outpatient Program or continue with an outpatient psychiatrist and/or individual therapist and support groups.
