DALLAS — Methodist Health System has been named to Fortune's Best Workplaces in Texas for 2026, a prestigious recognition that highlights organizations creating exceptional workplace cultures across the state.
The recognition is based on a rigorous analysis by Great Place To Work and Fortune, drawing on confidential employee feedback and workplace data. Only companies that are certified by Great Place To Work are eligible for consideration. Methodist earned its certification for the second consecutive year in 2026, based entirely on the experiences and feedback of its team members.
“This recognition reflects what our people tell us every day – that Methodist is a place where they feel supported, valued, and inspired to do their best work,” said James C. Scoggin, Jr., Chief Executive Officer at Methodist. “Being named one of the Best Workplaces in Texas is a direct reflection of the Methodist family’s commitment to mission, culture, and excellence.”
Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Texas methodology evaluates organizations based on employee trust, leadership effectiveness, workplace fairness, and the overall employee experience. Rankings are driven primarily by employee survey responses, measuring key elements such as credibility, respect, pride, and camaraderie.
“At Methodist, we are intentional about creating an environment where people feel welcomed, heard, and empowered to grow,” said Pam Stoyanoff, President and Chief Operating Officer at Methodist. “This recognition reinforces our belief that when we invest in our people, we strengthen our ability to serve our patients and communities with excellence.”
Methodist continues to invest in programs and initiatives that support team members at every stage of their careers – from professional development and leadership training to wellness resources and competitive benefits.
“Our inclusion on this list is especially meaningful because it is driven by the voices of our team members,” said Alen Brcic, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Methodist. “We are committed to listening, learning, and continuously improving the experience of our team members so they can thrive personally and professionally.”
Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, using a data-driven model to evaluate organizations and identify those delivering high-trust, high-performance environments.
This latest recognition adds to Methodist Health System’s growing list of workplace honors and reinforces its reputation as an employer of choice in North Texas and beyond.
