DALLAS — Methodist Health System has once again been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2026, reinforcing its position as an employer of choice in healthcare and beyond.
This national recognition, presented in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, is based on a comprehensive evaluation of workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance, including large-scale independent surveys and analysis of millions of employee reviews.
“Being named once again to Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces is a further affirmation of who we are as an organization,” said James C. Scoggin, Jr., Chief Executive Officer at Methodist. “Our people’s commitment to one another and to our patients is what creates a culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.”
Methodist continues to build on its strong foundation of employee engagement by prioritizing professional growth, leadership development, and a workplace environment grounded in its mission to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare. The organization’s culture emphasizes collaboration, recognition, and opportunities for advancement across all roles.
