The Guild
Founded in 1932, the Methodist Hospitals of Dallas Guild (the Guild) consists of community leaders dedicated to charitable purposes that specifically benefit Methodist Health System.
The Guild raises funds through an annual Spring Style Show and Luncheon, an annual Holiday Poinsettia Sale, Casino Night, and various other projects.
To date, the Guild has raised more than $1.6 million to fund services, programs, equipment, and expansion projects since its founding.
Some of the projects and programs the Guild has supported include:
- Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners Program (SANE)
- Transformation of the Labor & Delivery Unit at Methodist Dallas Medical Center
- Life Shines Bright Pregnancy Centering Program
- Patient Care Technician Training Program
- Texas Tech University Health Science Center Bachelor of Science Nursing Program at Methodist Mansfield
- The Breast Health Outreach Program (Mobile Mammography Unit)
- Dr. Stephen and Marilyn Mansfield Oncology Unit at Methodist Charlton Medical Center
- Annual college scholarships for junior volunteers at Methodist Dallas Medical Center
- Methodist Moody Brain and Spine Institute
- Charles A. Sammons Tower Capital Campaign Fund at Methodist Dallas
- Expansion of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Methodist Dallas
- Expansion of the Golden Cross Academic Clinic Campaign
- Harry S. Moss Heart Trust Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at Methodist Charlton Medical Center
