How to Give

Employee Giving

As employees of Methodist Health System, we are all committed to the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This shared commitment is visible each day, in all that we do to improve and save lives through compassionate, quality healthcare. Whether we’re directly involved in patient care or support from behind-the-scenes, Methodist – and its family – gives every day.

We encourage you to personalize your gift by giving to your community – at Methodist and beyond – through the two Foundations, United Way, or to both. Our goal is to continue the positive impact we make throughout North Texas.

Here's How to Give

  • Recurring Payroll Deduction (of a set amount)
  • One-Time Gift (through a Payroll Deduction or Credit Card)
  • 30 Minute Club - 30 minutes of your bi-weekly salary deducted from your payroll
  • H(our) Club - one hour of your bi-weekly salary deducted from your payroll

Where Your Gift Goes

Once you’ve selected how you’d like to give, you can select the designation for your gift:

  • MHS Foundation Basic Employee Needs (BEN) Fund – provides grants to MHS employees in financial hardship.

  • MHS Foundation General Fund – supports programs, services, equipment, and capital projects at Methodist hospitals.

  • MRMC Foundation Basic Employee Needs (BEN) Fund – provides funds to MRMC employees in financial hardship.

  • MRMC Foundation General Fund – gives flexibility to the Foundation to fund innovative and effective projects not specifically designated by a donor but within the scope of providing compassionate, quality healthcare.

  • MRMC Foundation Special Projects Fund – benefits employees by underwriting departmental projects determined by a grant application.

  • United Way of Metropolitan Dallas – which supports many non-profits and programs for underserved communities. United Way contributions go directly to United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and can be selected by filling out this form and returning it to
