• Radiologist, Dr. Stacy Lee, MD, will provide guidance on how to perform a breast self-exam, what changes to look for, and when to seek professional evaluation. 
• Registered Dietitian, Veronica Williams, CN, CPT, will share practical, healthy eating habits that can support breast cancer prevention, overall wellness, and the body during cancer treatment.

The event will also feature a 20-minute yoga flow, specifically designed to be gentle, accessible, and adaptable during cancer treatment. This movement session offers an opportunity to connect with your body, reduce stress, and support physical and emotional well-being.
