Heart health and diabetes support group | Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month
Peer support groups are a valuable, evidence-based tool for people with chronic diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes. Join our support group and enjoy education from physicians, diabetes educators, physical therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, and other specialists in heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses. Lunch will be provided. No RSVP required.
