About this event
This 10-week, evidence-based fall prevention series combines the excitement of bingo with targeted exercises and health education to help participants maintain mobility and independence. To maximize benefits, attendees are asked to commit to the full twice-weekly schedule and attend all sessions. Registration is required. Lunch will be provided.
In person: Methodist Charlton Medical Center, 3500 W. Wheatland Rd., Outpatient Building, third floor, Conference Room 6 (Mondays) and Room 5 (Thursdays).
Parking: Open parking lot located in front of the Outpatient Building.
