Diabetes Management Class | Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month

Join our supportive community classes focused on diabetes education and peer connection. These sessions provide a welcoming, open environment where you can:

• Gain practical knowledge about managing diabetes
• Learn new strategies for healthy living
• Ask questions in a safe, judgment-free space
• Share experiences and best practices with others living with diabetes

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for years, these classes offer valuable support, encouragement, and tools to help you thrive.
