In this dynamic class, you will use a sturdy chair for stability as you flow through a series of modified yoga poses and stretches. Registration is required.
First session on Wednesday, March 11, 10 a.m.
Second session on Wednesday, March 25, 10 a.m.
In person: Methodist Richardson Medical Center, 2821 E. President George Bush Highway, Physician Pavilion I, Suite 200.
Parking: Open parking lot located in front of the building or parking garage behind it.
