Chair Yoga | Mondays 10 a.m.
In this dynamic class, you will use a sturdy chair for stability as you flow through a series of modified yoga poses and stretches. Registration is required. Refreshments provided.
In person: Methodist Dallas Medical Center, 1441 N. Beckley Ave., Schenkel Tower, First Floor, Weatherford Room.
Parking: Schenkel Tower Parking Garage located at Beckley Ave. and Methodist Dr.
