Chair Yoga | Mondays in January, 10 a.m.
In this dynamic class, you will use a sturdy chair for stability as you flow through a series of modified yoga poses and stretches. Registration is required. Refreshments provided.
In person: Methodist Dallas Medical Center, 1441 N. Beckley Ave., Schenkel Tower, First Floor, Methodist Generations Center.
Parking: Schenkel Tower Parking Garage located at Beckley Ave. and Methodist Dr.

The Methodist Generations Center has moved to a new location on the Methodist Dallas Medical Center campus: Pavilion II Building, Fourth Floor, Room 445.
