About Paul M. DeRose, MD

Paul DeRose, MD, is an independently practicing radiation oncologist on staff at Methodist Richardson Medical Center. He attended medical school at the University of Michigan and completed an internship at Oakwood Hospital in Wayne County, Michigan. He completed his residency at UT Southwestern Medical School where he was selected chief resident. He is board certified in radiation oncology.

His medical interests include lung cancer, breast cancer, head and neck cancer, prostate cancer and gastrointestinal cancers. He also has an interest in highly targeted techniques including stereotactic body radiation therapy, radiosurgery and brachtherapy.

Dr. DeRose was the recipient of the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Achievement Award and the Grand Rounds Presenter Award.
