    Board certified in family medicine, Paul Harrison, MD, graduated medical school from The University of the West Indies. He then completed the first part of his residency through The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University, which allowed him to practice preliminary surgery at Harlem Hospital. Dr. Harrison then transferred to The Weill Medical College of Cornell University where he completed the remainder of his residency at The Brooklyn Hospital. It was during this time that Dr. Harrison was awarded the Resident of the Year Award and Service Excellence Award for both hospitality as well as bedside manners and professionalism.

    Dr. Harrison has been in practice since 2012, and has had the unique experience of working with very diverse patient populations and medical settings, from his home country of Barbados, to the fast pace of New York, as well as the small-town feel of Alabama, and the lone star state of Texas. He specializes in chronic disease management such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as preventative medicine, respiratory infections, and joint injections. Dr. Harrison and his wife have wanted to move to the Dallas-Fort Worth Area for quite some time, and they are looking forward to putting down roots in Dallas with their two children. When he is not working, Dr. Harrison enjoys karate, traveling, and is an avid soccer fan.
