About Jennifer K. Bang, MD
Jennifer K. Bang, MD, is a board-certified family medicine doctor at Methodist Family Health Center – Preston Hollow. She joined Methodist Health System in 2009 as a primary care provider and helped open the Preston Hollow location in 2015.
Dr. Bang has a special interest in women’s health care and preventive care. She advocates healthy living choices with patients, discussing proactive approaches that include screening and vaccine recommendations.
Dr. Bang enjoys getting to know patients during these discussions, learning about their lives and earning their trust. It’s why she chose to specialize in family medicine. She believes it’s critical to build relationships before difficult health conditions or personal hardships arise. That way, she and each patient already have a solid bond and can work together to decide on the best treatment plan.
When she’s not meeting patients, Dr. Bang enjoys sports and personal fitness. She loves watching her children’s soccer games and being a professional sports superfan for the Astros, Rockets and Texans.
