About Anna Slayton, MSN,FNP-BC,APRN,HC

Born and raised in Midlothian, TX, Anna Slayton, FNP-BC, began her career as a registered nurse in 2011. She then advanced her career by obtaining training to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Health Coach. Mrs. Slayton earned her associate degree in nursing from Navarro College, and later pursed both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Walden University in Minnesota.

In addition to being certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Mrs. Slayton is also a certified health coach who focuses on holistic wellness for all her patients. Mrs. Slayton treats a variety of issues including allergies, cold and flu, upper respiratory infections, fever, earaches, eye irritation and redness, rashes and skin problems, sore throat or cough, vomiting or diarrhea, urinary tract infection, minor broken bones and fractures, minor burns, lacerations and wounds, strains and sprains, and physicals for camp, school, and sports.

Outside of work, Mrs. Slayton enjoys dance fitness, hiking, reading, photography, traveling, and looking forward to future opportunities for mission work. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and helping with their family business in Midlothian.
