Randall Canedy chairman of the Methodist Mansfield Medical Center Community Advisory Board, Board Member of Methodist Health System Board of Directors, and President of Frost Bank Mansfield was honored with the Shirley Karznia Dedication to Service Award by the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce. The award honors an individual who personifies Shirley Karznia and is dedicated to service, involved in the community, and fosters business for the betterment of the community.
“We are deeply honored to have Randall Canedy on our board and appreciate his servant leadership and dedication to our community,” says Methodist Mansfield Medical Center President John Phillips. “He is truly deserving of this award and it is our privilege to benefit from the integrity, dedication, and expertise of this humble leader.”
Mr. Canedy has more than 35 years of banking experience and actively serves on numerous community boards including Southeast Tarrant Transportation Partnership, Meredith Hatch Foundation, Visions 2020, Tarrant County College Foundation, Salvation Army Youth Education Foundation and Mansfield Sunrise Rotary Club. He is also the stewardship chair of First United Methodist Church in Mansfield.
He has served on numerous other boards including the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce, Arlington Big Brothers Big Sisters, Tarrant County Community College, Ben Barber Career Tech Academy, Mansfield ISD Education Foundation and Mansfield Community Development Corporation.
