Former Chicago Bears Football Player Speaks at Methodist Charlton Diabetes Event
Former Chicago Bears Offensive Lineman Caesar Rentie will be the guest speaker at the January Methodist Charlton Medical Center Diabetes Support Group meeting. The event, “Kicking the Year Off Right with Your Diabetes,” will give attendees successful strategies for controlling diabetes. Rentie, who is also manager of chaplain services at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, will share tips he has learned from his own journey with diabetes.
The free event will be held Monday, January 14, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Methodist Charlton Medical Center, located at 3500 W. Wheatland Road in Dallas, near the intersection of Highway 67 and Interstate 20. Free parking is available in the parking garage and parking lot near the Outpatient Center.
