The countdown is on for Methodist Richardson Medical Center Foundation’s annual Yellow & Black Tie Gala. The November 14, 2015, soiree will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson and promises to be a magical evening. All proceeds will stay in the community, directly benefiting Methodist Richardson Medical Center and Cancer Center. Proceeds from this event enable the Foundation to provide funding for equipment and patient care services at both facilities.
The evening’s events include a cocktail reception with specialty martinis, a seated dinner, a Big Board auction, and a live auction. Last year’s new addition to the evening, a casino night featuring craps, roulette, and black jack tables, will again be an after-dinner event.
The Yellow & Black Tie Gala is also an opportunity to honor the Legacy Award recipient. This year’s recipients will be announced in June. The Legacy Award recognizes individuals or corporations who have made a difference in the community through their ongoing commitment, gifts, and leadership.
