Employee Self Service and Intranet Access
Methodist Health System employees are now able to access Employee Self Service from their home.
This allows you to:
- View your pay stub
- Change federal tax withholding
- Update direct deposit information
- Update your address information
- View PTO/EIB balances
- Many other features
You will need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer in order to access Employee Self Service.
If using Internet Explorer version 10 or higher please ensure compatibility mode is turned ON when accessing the Annual Employee Enrollment application.

Employees can now access the Success Factors online tool from their home, which allows them to access to:
- Job descriptions
- Goal management
- Self-evaluation tool
