Body Sculpt 
Are you ready to blast off pounds?  Body Sculpt is a total body workout class that consists of resistance training and cardio while promoting a healthy heart and overall wellness.

Boot Camp
This intense and high impact workout will take you through various drills, strength and cardio exercises as well as circuit training.  Come ready for battle!

Cardio Dance
Enjoy a heart pumping, high impact class that combines cardio moves with a hip hop flare.  You are sure to burn calories and have fun while you're doing it.

Kickboxing
Kick, punch, and block your way through a total body work out.  Guaranteed to make you sweat your way to a higher fitness level!

Quick Fit
Designed for employees who don't have a lot of time. You'll choose a 15 minute workout.  Each workout will consist of a different muscle group such as: upper body, lower body, abdominals, flexibility.  These self monitored exercises will allow you to get a quick workout during the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Sittercise and more
This low impact class can be done from your chair.  It contains fun music incorporated with strength exercises that promote strong bones and flexibility.

Step and Sculpt
Basic Step moves with interval training. Basic Step utilizes the Step (elevated platform) to increase your heart rate and target your hips, thighs, abdominals and gluteus. Weight training will allow you to tone your muscles and build lean muscle mass. This is a great total body, low impact work out.

Yin Yoga
A quiet practice that focuses on gently stretching and rehabilitating the connective tissues that form our joints.  Postures are held normally between 2 to 5 minutes.  Modifications are available to each posture.

Level 1 Yoga
A beginner yoga class teaching basic poses and some flow/vinyasa.

Level 2/Power Yoga 
A power yoga class – be ready to sweat and move. Modifications are given as appropriate.

Yogalates 
A combination of yoga and Pilates. Yoga focuses on flexibility, then strength. Pilates focuses on stability, then strength and flexibility. Pilates helps develop a stable core, sometimes taken for granted in yoga classes. People who have complained about hurting themselves in a yoga class perhaps did not have the core development to move through the various postures, or to pull as far as they pushed. Combining the two disciplines of "yoga" and "pilates" into "Yogalates" is ideal
 
Zumba®
Ditch the workout, and join the party!  The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

Zumba Toning® 
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Zumba Gold® 
Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements that Zumba is known for: the zesty Latin music, the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, fun atmosphere. Zumba Gold is a dance-fitness class that feels friendly and fun.
